How to join us

If you are interested in joining Sea Rescue Copper Coast, we are always happy to accept new members. You can establish contact with us by calling either (08) 8823 2468 or 0427 888 995, and we will answer any queries you may have. Alternatively, you can drop in to our  Radio Base on any Wednesday, Saturday or Sunday morning.

A membership form can be obtained from the Radio Base or downloaded from this website, by clicking here. If you have a suitable printer attached to your computer, the downloaded form can be printed.
Simply fill in the form, and either drop it in to our Radio Base, or post it, together with the appropriate fee, to the Wallaroo address shown on the "Contact Us" page.

If you are interested in joining in the operation of the flotilla, you will be offered training in various skills which are necessary for operational status. Once qualified, you can then volunteer on a rostered basis to take part in such things as radio watch, and rescue patrols to help provide the services to the boating community for which Sea Rescue was formed.

While we encourage all of our members to qualify in one or more of our instruction courses, if you are not interested or able to be involved in the operational aspects of the flotilla, you are still welcome to join as a social member.
